Dein Profil

  • Min. erfolgreich abgelegte Sachkundeprüfung ( §34a GewO )
  • das 18 Lebensjahr vollendet
  • Montag bis Freitag 6-18 Uhr
  • Einwandfreier Leumund
  • Englisch Grundkenntnisse
  • Guter Umgang mit Menschen
  • Teamfähig, flexibel, motiviert
  • gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundkenntnisse in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Gute Umgangsformen
  • Zuverlässigkeit

Deine Aufgaben

  • Registrieren und weiterleiten von Bauarbeitern, Besuchern, Fremdfirmen und Speditionen
  • Durchführen von Kontrollgängen mittels Wächterkontrollsystem
  • Durchführen und umsetzen der Hausordnung des Kunden
  • Wahren des Hausrechts
  • Durchführen des vorbeugenden Brandschutzes
  • Führen eines Schichtprotokolls
  • Durchführung von Zugangskontrollen
  • Auf- / Verschlusstätigkeiten
