Unser Schwerpunkt liegt im Veranstaltungs- und Eventschutz, welchen wir kontinuierlich ausbauen – ergänzt durch anspruchsvolle Aufgaben im klassischen Objektschutz. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir engagierte Sicherheitskräfte, die gemeinsam mit uns wachsen wollen! Deine Aufgaben bei uns Events & Veranstaltungen: Einlass- und Zugangskontrollen, Ausweisprüfungen und Gäste-Betreuung für ein sicheres Event-Erlebnis Objekt- & Werkschutz: Überwachung von Arealen, regelmäßige Kontrollgänge und Empfangsdienste Präsenz & Durchsetzung: Souveräne Durchsetzung von Hausregeln und Deeskalation in Konfliktsituationen Sicherheit & Ordnung: Aktives Notfallmanagement, Durchsetzung von Sicherheitskonzepten sowie Erstintervention bei Zwischenfällen Dokumentation: Erstellung von Dienst- und Ereignisberichten Das bringst Du mit Qualifikation: Mindestens Unterrichtung nach § 34a GewO oder die abgelegte Sachkundeprüfung nach § 34a GewO (oder eine höherwertige Qualifikation) Persönlichkeit: Teamplayer-Mentalität, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein gepflegtes, sicheres Auftreten Kommunikation: Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Einsatzbereitschaft: Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (inkl. Wochenend- und Abendeinsätzen bei Events) Zuverlässigkeit: Einwandfreies Führungszeugnis (Eintragung im Bewacherregister) Darauf kannst Du Dich freuen Faire Vergütung: Pünktliche, übertarifliche Bezahlung zzgl. gesetzlicher/tariflicher Zuschläge Teamgeist: Arbeiten in einem dynamischen, motivierten und kollegialen Team im Aufbau Abwechslung: Vielfältige Einsätze zwischen spannenden Events/Veranstaltungen und stabilen Objekten im gesamten Ruhrgebiet Entwicklung: Echte Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Wachstumsphase des Unternehmens sowie gezielte Möglichkeiten zur Weiterbildung
