## Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Telefonanrufe
  • Empfang, Anmeldung und Betreuung von Besuchern
  • Regelmäßige Bestreifung des Objekts zur Sicherstellung von Sicherheit und Ordnung
  • Durchführung von Auf- und Verschlussrunden im Objekt
  • Aufbau und Ausrichtung von Stühlen und Tischen nach vorgegebenem Plan
  • Dokumentation relevanter Vorgänge sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Auftraggeber
  • Arbeit in Früh- und Spätdiensten

## Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Sachkundeprüfung nach §34a GewO
  • Einwandfreies erweitertes Führungszeugnis
  • Bereitschaft für Tag- und Nachtschichten
  • Brand- und Ersthelfer wünschenswert (interne Schulungen möglich)
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
  • gepflegtes Auftreten
  • ausgeprägte Servicetätigkeiten
