Wir suchen ab Oktober 2026 Sicherheitsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Objektschutz in einer Gemeinschaftsunterkunft für Geflüchtete und einer Notunterkunft für obdachlose Menschen im Stadtgebiet Leipzig.

Arbeitsaufgaben:

  • Gewährleistung der inneren und äußeren Sicherheit der Gemeinschaftsunterkunft,
  • Präsenz und permanente Kontrolle im Eingangsbereich (Pfortentätigkeit),
  • Kontrolle von Ruhe und Ordnung im Haus, um das Gebäude und auf dem gesamten
  • Gelände,
  • Alarmierung von Polizei, Feuerwehr und Rettungskräften bei Gefahrensituationen.

Fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen

  • Nachweis der Sachkundeprüfung §34a
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
  • Gute soziale und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Interkulturelles Einfühlungsvermögen
