Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenständiges Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CN(C)-Karussell- und konventionellen Drehmaschinen
- Bearbeitung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach Zeichnung und Vorgabe
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen mit gängigen Messmitteln
- Pflege und Wartung der Maschinen
- Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte und Ergebnisse
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Dreher oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im konventionellen Drehen sowie im Umgang mit CN(C)-gesteuerten Maschinen (z. B. Siemens- oder Heidenhain-Steuerung). Keine Bedingung aber wünschenswert.
- technisches Verständnis und sicheres Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (falls erforderlich)
