Unterstützung des Küchenpersonals bei der Zubereitung von Speisen und bei allgemeinen Aufgaben in der Küche. Dazu gehören unter anderem:

  • Unterstützung bei einfachen Kochvorgängen
  • Anrichten von kalten Platten und einfachen Gerichten
  • Reinigung und Pflege von Küchenutensilien und Arbeitsflächen
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften nach HACCP
  • Unterstützung bei Lagerung und Kontrolle von Lebensmitteln
  • Spüldienst und allgemeine Reinigungsarbeiten
