### Aufgaben Empfangs- und Reservierungsleiter:

  • Check-In & Check-Out
  • Reservierungsannahme und -betreuung
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen
  • Aneignung umfassender Kenntnisse über Zimmerkategorien und -preise
  • Kassenführung
  • Rechnungsstellung
  • Kontingentsverwaltung
  • Pflege der Gästekorrespondenz
  • Reibungslose Kommunikation mit allen Abteilungen des Hauses
  • Dienstplanerstellung

## Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung in Hotellerie oder Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position oder als Schichtleitung am Empfang oder bereits Erfahrung in der Reservierung
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • gepflegtes Auftreten und gute Umgangsformen
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Sihot.PMS und Sihot.POS von Vorteil
  • Respekt im Umgang mit unseren Gästen, Kollegen/-innen und Vorgesetzten
