What You'll Do
- Coordinate the collection, tracking, first review, and follow-up of site regulatory and essential documents to support timely site activation and ongoing maintenance.

- Support the development, adaptation, and review of country- and site-specific informed consent forms and translations in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Contribute to site identification and feasibility activities, including Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Site Feasibility Questionnaires, site qualification, and preliminary potential site lists.
- Support country- and site-specific activation activities, including Regulatory Authority and Ethics Committee submissions under the guidance of the relevant teams.
- Maintain regular communication with investigative sites and provide local follow-up on submission status and outstanding start-up or maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to support site contract and budget activities and gather country- and site-level intelligence.
- Apply SOPs, ICH GCP, applicable regulations, EU requirements, and country or local regulatory requirements to maintain quality and compliance throughout your work.
What You'll Bring
