Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead

Join our team as a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead and play a pivotal role in advancing clinical research. This role collaborates with research staff and stakeholders to drive trial recruitment and deliver study-specific training. Acting as a strategic partner, you will optimize site experience and performance while fostering strong relationships and sharing medical and scientific information with healthcare providers and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop study-specific action plans with research sites to accelerate recruitment and support procedural training.
• •Educate healthcare professionals and their staff on study protocols related to clinical trials.
• •Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants.
• •Maintain and analyze customer records to tailor strategies for pre-screening, screening, and enrollment.
• •Complete internal reporting and organize group events to optimize program delivery.
• •Address and manage objections effectively.
• •Stay current with technical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent academic/professional qualifications
• •Clinical research experience at the site level required
• •Nurse or other healthcare professional preferred
• •CRA experience preferred
• •Prior experience in Respiratory therapeutic area (IPF OR PAH OR COPD) OR Dermatology (Atopic Dermatitis)
• •High flexibility to travel (including internationally if needed).
• •Clinical competence in the therapeutic area.
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• •Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple functions.
• •Solutions-oriented approach and positive attitude.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 102 800,00 zł - 190 900,00 zł. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
