Responsibilities:

Receive data center deliveries both physically and systematically, including devices and consumables.

Ensure delivered materials are secured and stored appropriately at the time of receipt.

Expedite shipments and perform ad hoc physical material verification through warehouses.

Maintain and organize storage areas.

Create physical project pallets.

Pull, prepare, and coordinate shipment of materials for movement to other sites or warehouses.

Support and appropriately escalate emergent data center operations material requests and other urgent matters.

Perform inventory accuracy activities, including weekly device inventory scans, scheduled cycle counts based on ABC analysis, and discrepancy deep dives at onsite and warehouse locations.

Perform physical and systematic Return to Stock (RTS) activities, including RTS rack transactions and post-project unused-material returns.

Qualifications:

Ability to work onsite in Manassas, Virginia, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Experience supporting logistics, warehouse, inventory, receiving, shipping, or material-control activities in an operational environment is preferred.

Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and follow physical and systematic material-handling processes.

Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and escalation skills.

Tools and Technologies:

Inventory management systems and warehouse transaction processes.

Inventory scanning tools and cycle count processes.

Material receiving, shipment preparation, and Return to Stock (RTS) workflows
