  • About us Excelloit is an international consulting firm with offices

  • transformation, and energy advisory services. This vacancy is managed
  • on behalf of a premium client Tasks Key Responsibilities Plan,
  • organise, and supervise heating and sanitary installation activities
  • at construction sites. Lead and coordinate teams of 3–8 technicians
  • and subcontractors. Ensure project quality, timelines, costs, and
  • safety standards. Manage site documentation and project-related
  • correspondence. Prepare measurements, support invoicing, and
  • coordinate additional work orders. Collaborate with project
  • management, procurement, and finance teams. Profile Essential
  • Requirements Qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in
  • HVAC, TGA, HKLS, Heating, or Sanitary Engineering, or equivalent
  • extensive experience as a Senior Installation Supervisor. Minimum
  • 3–4 years of construction site management experience in heating and
  • sanitary projects. Proven experience leading installation teams and
  • subcontractors. Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and
  • problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. German
  • language proficiency at C1 level. Valid Class B driving licence.
  • Construction site software experience is an advantage. We offer
