What You Can Expect :

Recent zijn we verhuisd naar onze nieuwe vestiging. In deze zeer moderne en faciliterende werkomgeving is het prettig werken voor al onze medewerkers, maar soms ook nog wat onwennig. Ook is de markt momenteel uitdagend. We hebben behoefte aan een daadkrachtige leider die:

  • op inspirerende wijze leiding geeft aan bijna 10 teamleiders en in totaal 100 medewerkers;
  • vanuit een rationele benadering kijkt naar geleverde prestaties en bedrijfsprocessen en stelselmatig verbeteringen aanbrengt;
  • een proactieve sparringpartner vanuit Operations is voor Sales, in business development en in de ontwikkeling van bestaande klanten;
  • nauw samenwerkt met collega’s van andere disciplines;
  • actief samenwerkt met de managers van onze andere hubs in Nederland;
  • participeert in internationale netwerken binnen Rhenus.

What You Bring:

Je ambieert een volgende stap in jouw loopbaan en je herkent je in het volgende:

  • een afgeronde Bachelor of Master Transport, Logistiek, Bedrijfskunde of een aanverwante studie;
  • meerjarige managementervaring in transport & logistiek, waarbij ervaring in internationaal groupage transport een belangrijke pré is voor ons;
  • gericht op groei en ontwikkeling vanuit een analytische kijk op feiten en cijfers;
  • ziet kansen, denkt in oplossingen en neemt het initiatief;
