## Einsatzort: Airbus Nordenham

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Site Manager (m/w/d) für den Sicherheitsdienst am Standort Airbus Nordenham.

### Arbeitszeit

  • Montag bis Freitag
  • 08:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr
  • Vollzeit

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative und organisatorische Leitung des Sicherheitsdienstes am Standort
  • Führung, Einsatzplanung und Betreuung der Sicherheitsmitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Ansprechpartner für den Auftraggeber Airbus
  • Erstellung von Dienstplänen sowie Berichten und Dokumentationen
  • Durchführung von Einweisungen und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Bearbeitung sicherheitsrelevanter Ereignisse und Koordination entsprechender Maßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und internen Ansprechpartnern

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Geprüfte Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft (GSSK)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B1)
  • Gültiger Erste-Hilfe-Nachweis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Sicherheitsdienst, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
