Job Description:
- 1. Assist & support SOU Chairman & Operating Unit Managers
- within their designated SOU, in terms of managing Safety &
- Sustainability activities & initiatives, as prioritized by the
- Regional SQM and SOU Chairman
- 2. Manage overall documentation & follow-up facilitations
- necessary in developing, implementing, reviewing and
- continuously improving on Sustainability management systems
- for their designated SOU.
- 3. Act as on-site support for Regional SQM team in coordinating
- sustainability, health, safety & welfare related matters.
- 4. Ensure reporting & compliance performance for designated
- SOU with regards to Group & Upstream Malaysia’s
- Sustainability policies are maintained & up-to-date
- 5. Manage documentation & tracking of any non-compliance
- action items, particularly on SOU’s certification requirements
- (RSPO, MSPO, SCCS, etc.) are updated & tracked to
- completion
