Site Superintendent, Sulfur Distribution Operations

• Location: Galveston, Texas
• Work Arrangement: Onsite
• Schedule: 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off

Lead one of Mosaic's most strategically important distribution facilities and help shape its future. As Site Superintendent, Sulfur Distribution Operations, you'll serve as the primary site leader for a complex Gulf Coast operation supporting Mosaic's North American supply chain. You'll be entrusted with driving safety, reliability, operational performance, and workforce engagement while supporting significant capital investments and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a rare opportunity to combine hands-on operational leadership with long-term site stewardship, making a lasting impact on both the operation and the people who power it.

What You'll Do

• •Lead site operations and develop a high-performing team focused on safety, accountability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• •Coach, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a culture of engagement, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• •Champion safe, efficient operations by identifying and resolving operational, equipment, and process-related challenges.
• •Partner with engineering, maintenance, contractors, and project teams to support major capital projects and improve site performance.
• •Serve as a key representative for the site with regulatory agencies, maritime stakeholders, vendors, and internal business partners.

What You'll Need

• •High School Diploma or GED.
• •5+ years of leadership experience in a fertilizer, chemical, refining, manufacturing, mining, maritime, energy, or other heavy industrial environment.
• •Experience operating or managing industrial process operations in a 24/7 environment.
• •Demonstrated success leading teams, driving results, and solving operational challenges.
• •Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• •Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Bonus Points If You Have the Following

• •Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• •Experience with sulfur, chemical, refinery, maritime, terminal, or bulk material handling operations.
• •Experience supporting capital improvement projects and contractor management.
• •Working knowledge of maritime regulations, Coast Guard requirements, or port operations.
