Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• •Supervise daily RCC conventional construction and finishing works at project sites.
• •Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, curing, plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and waterproofing activities.
• •Read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
• •Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and engineers.
• •Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.
• •Check workmanship and maintain required quality and safety standards.
• •Coordinate material requirements and monitor material usage at the site.
• •Resolve day-to-day site issues in coordination with the engineering team.
• •Maintain daily site reports, labour records, measurements, and work progress updates.
• •Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.

Qualifications & Experience

• •Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• •5+ years of relevant site supervision experience.
• •Strong practical experience in RCC conventional construction and finishing works .
• •Experience in residential or commercial construction projects preferred.

Skills Required

• •Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
• •Contractor and labour management skills.
• •Understanding of construction quality and safety standards.
• •Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to manage site activities independently.
