Site Support Engineer - Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves

Responsibilities

• •Provide on-site technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves.
• •Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions to ensure reliable equipment operation.
• •Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to enhance equipment performance and lifespan.
• •Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to resolve complex issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• •Work actively with the sales team to support aftersales services and identify new equipment opportunities.
• •Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs, upgrades, and retrofits using standardized documentation tools.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• •Minimum of 5 - 10 years of field service experience, preferably in the mining or cement industries.
• •Hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and inspection of industrial equipment, particularly Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves.
• •English and German Speaking
• •Strong understanding of mechanical systems; knowledge of control/automation systems is a plus.
• •Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and best practices.
