What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Sitecore Developer to build, enhance, and support our enterprise digital experience platform, with a strong focus on SitecoreAI-enabled development. In this role, you will translate business, content, and design requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing Sitecore solutions; develop reusable components, integrations, and AI-assisted capabilities; and help ensure reliable releases. You will work closely with the Sitecore Architect, developers, content teams, marketing stakeholders, analytics teams, and external partners to deliver maintainable experiences using Sitecore XM Cloud, SitecoreAI, React, Next.js, the Sitecore Content SDK, GraphQL, Experience Edge, Vercel, and modern cloud delivery practices.

• •Develop reusable, accessible headless components and intuitive authoring experiences that translate approved designs into maintainable application code.
• •Build and integrate SitecoreAI capabilities that improve content creation, content discovery, search relevance, personalization, and digital experience delivery while following approved governance and security standards.
• •Configure content models, templates, validation rules, metadata, and publishing workflows in partnership with content owners, with clear documentation for authors and support teams.
• •Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms, including CRM, CDP, analytics, identity, consent management, search, marketing automation, and approved AI services.
• •Collaborate with the Sitecore Architect and delivery partners on technical designs, implementation standards, AI development patterns, platform governance, and release planning.
• •Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and content operations while validating outputs for accuracy, security, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• •Participate in code reviews, automated testing, deployment coordination, and production readiness activities; provide practical guidance to other developers when needed.
• •Optimize application performance, accessibility, security, SEO, AEO, GEO, caching, search discoverability, and content delivery across environments.
• •Diagnose and resolve complex defects and production issues involving rendering, APIs, integrations, AI-enabled features, and content delivery using logs, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
• •Contribute to cloud and hosting decisions related to scalability, resilience, observability, and cost efficiency within the established architecture.
• •Implement approved personalization capabilities and privacy-conscious analytics events, including GA4 event contracts, in coordination with analytics and integration teams.
• •Identify and recommend improvements to development practices, AI tooling, prompt and evaluation approaches, documentation, and platform capabilities that increase quality and delivery efficiency.

What You Will Need:

• •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• •At least 4 years of software development experience, including hands-on delivery of Sitecore-based digital platforms in enterprise environments.
• •Hands-on experience developing headless Sitecore XM Cloud solutions using React, Next.js, Sitecore JSS or the Sitecore Content SDK, Experience Edge, and Vercel.
• •Experience implementing or extending SitecoreAI features, AI-assisted content workflows, intelligent search or discovery, personalization, or related generative AI capabilities within a digital experience platform.
• •Proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript, component-based development, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns for approved AI services.
• •Experience with content modeling, templates, component configuration, metadata, publishing workflows, and authoring experiences in Sitecore.
• •Working knowledge of Sitecore Helix principles, headless implementation patterns, composable DXP architecture, and responsible AI development practices.
• •Ability to design prompts, structured inputs, guardrails, and practical evaluation scenarios for AI-enabled features, and to assess outputs for quality, relevance, accuracy, privacy, and security.
• •Experience with Git-based development, pull requests, automated testing, and CI/CD deployment practices.
• •Experience integrating Sitecore with third-party and enterprise systems, such as analytics, identity, CRM, consent management, search, marketing platforms, or AI services.
• •Ability to diagnose application, rendering, caching, API, deployment, AI integration, and content-delivery issues across environments.
• •Understanding of web security, data privacy, accessibility, scalability, performance optimization, SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO).
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and AI-related decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• •Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid, cross-functional delivery environment.
• •Ability to support peers through code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge sharing while aligning with the Sitecore Architect’s technical direction.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• •Experience with additional Sitecore products, such as Content Hub, Search, CDP, Personalize, or SXA.
• •Experience developing with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, AI APIs, or agent-based workflows in an enterprise environment.
• •Familiarity with AI evaluation, prompt management, content governance, responsible AI principles, and monitoring of AI-enabled experiences.
• •Experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform.
• •Familiarity with automated unit, integration, accessibility, performance, and visual regression testing.
• •Sitecore certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• •Experience working in regulated, high-traffic, or complex enterprise environments.
• •Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
