跟进试产和量产问题，推动质量、成本和交付改进。

建立供应商数据库、风险分级、双供策略和清晰的采购记录。

任职要求

常驻深圳，3 年以上消费电子或智能硬件供应商开发经验。

熟悉珠三角供应链，能独立找厂、验厂、询价和谈判。

能看懂 CAD/STP、2D 图纸和 BOM，并与工程师讨论 DFM。

中英文沟通清晰，执行力强，愿意频繁跑工厂。

We are hiring a Smart Hardware Supplier Development Manager in Shenzhen to source and qualify suppliers for compact AI devices and consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

Source mechanical, electronic, tooling, finishing, packaging, and assembly partners.

Own RFQs, cost breakdowns, negotiations, samples, qualification, and supplier records.

Review CAD/STP files, drawings, BOMs, processes, and lead times with design, engineering, and factories.

Drive quality, cost, delivery, dual-source, and production-risk improvements.

Requirements

Based in Shenzhen with 3+ years of supplier development experience in consumer electronics or smart hardware.

Strong Pearl River Delta factory network and hands-on RFQ, audit, and negotiation experience.

Able to read CAD/STP, drawings, and BOMs and discuss DFM with engineers.
