As a Snowflake/Databricks+Oracle EBS Manager you will lead data engineering work across Snowflake, Databricks, and Oracle EBS, helping clients design and build data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation solutions within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Manager you will coach teams, manage workstreams, and bring an accountable, practical approach to planning, execution, and delivery while using technology to support client needs and team development. In this role at PwC, you will guide delivery across data infrastructure and analytics engineering activities, support stakeholder communication, and help shape solutions that turn raw data into usable insights for business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• - Leading data engineering workstreams across Snowflake, Databricks, and Oracle EBS integration initiatives for client engagements
• - Managing project planning, budget tracking, delivery timelines, and scope across multiple data platform activities
• - Guiding teams in designing data pipelines, transformation logic, and integration layers for analytics and reporting use cases
• - Reviewing data architecture, model design, and database performance to support scalable and maintainable solutions
• - Coordinating work across technical teams to translate business requirements into data ingestion, storage, and processing solutions
• - Coaching team members on data engineering methods, platform usage, and delivery expectations
• - Applying analytics engineering tools and cloud data technologies to improve data quality, validation, and pipeline reliability
• - Identifying risks, dependencies, and issues early, then escalating concerns and driving resolution across stakeholders

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 8+ years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
• - Demonstrating Snowflake and Databricks data engineering delivery experience
• - Leading Oracle EBS data modernization and integration workstreams
• - Managing client-facing analytics projects across complex data ecosystems
• - Coaching junior team members through design and delivery reviews
• - Applying Agile methods, data modeling, and pipeline optimization
