Hourly pay rate: $20.70 to $35.21

About the Position:

• •Operate equipment to produce man-made snow.
• •Start and shut down snowmaking guns, check snow quality, remove ice buildup, and maintain equipment.
• •Frequently work in adverse weather conditions.

Requirements:

• •Early October start with training in snowmaking equipment and procedures. Snow production begins late October or early November and continues until conditions no longer require it.
• •Seasonal positions available; employment may extend to other departments post-snowmaking season.
• •Primarily overnight shifts.
• •Assist in staffing special events.
• •Flexible, weather-driven schedules.
• •Skill development and pay scale advancement based on performance. Skills assessment after 120 operating hours may lead to a raise or promotion.
• •Must have a California Driver's License, be at least 19 years old, with a clean driving record for the past three years. Safety Sensitive position subject to drug policies.
• •Prior snowmaking experience is a plus.
