Your Role:

The Social Media and Marketing Intern will work on the Creative Digital Marketing team and will assist in the development and execution of the social media content to capture the voice of the brand across all digital channels. This right person for this role needs to have exceptional attention to detail, excellent photography skills, a good eye for aesthetics and be a team player.

Responsibilities :

Manage daily community management across all social media channels, including responding to inbound messages, monitoring brand mentions, and engaging with customers, creators, press, and brand advocates.

Assist in the execution of social media content and digital campaigns to attract, engage, and grow the Pixi community across all digital platforms, including social media, email, website, and blog.

Support the scheduling and publishing of content across social media platforms.

Track, monitor, and assist with reporting on the perfo1mance of all social media channels.

Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities, and share relevant insights with the team.

Assist with coordinating social media coverage for campaigns, product launches, events, and brand activations.

Support creator and influencer initiatives by helping organise content, assets, and publishing schedules.

Help maintain organised social media workflows, content libraries, and asset management.

Support retail initiatives, including the Pixi Boutique, as required.

Assist with additional marketing and social media projects as assigned.

Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

A natural storyteller who understands the brand DNA, voice, and aesthetics.

Strong understanding of and interest in the beauty industry.

Experience in visual storytelling on social media.

Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, while maintaining a positive “can-do” attitude.

Collaborative team player.

A passion for the Pixi brand, customer, and products.

Familiarity with online analytical tools and social scheduling applications, such as; Rival IQ, Tribe Dynamics, , statigr.am, Schedulgram, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
