About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just post — they build. Someone who understands that social media isn’t a support function, it’s a growth engine. You’ll own end-to-end social media strategy, decide how the brand shows up, and be responsible for growing our presence with consistently great content and sharp strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Research and identify trending topics, formats, and content opportunities, particularly around finance, investments, lending, and personal finance.
• •Develop relatable, engaging, and platform-friendly scripts for Reels, videos, and other social media content.
• •Generate fresh content ideas and content IPs to build a consistent and differentiated brand presence.
• •Be comfortable facing the camera, presenting content, and independently shooting videos.
• •Manage the complete content lifecycle — ideation → scripting → shooting → editing → publishing → performance tracking.
• •Create and publish engaging content across relevant social media platforms.
• •Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve the content strategy.
• •Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, viral formats, memes, and emerging content styles.
• •Proactively identify opportunities to keep the brand's social media pages fresh, relevant, and engaging.
• •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with brand objectives and communication guidelines.

What we are looking for:

• •Strong understanding of finance, lending, and investment topics, with a knack for spotting trending finance concepts and translating them into simplified, relatable content.
• •Confident facing the camera, articulate, and engaging, with the ability to naturally present content
• •Hands-on experience managing the full content lifecycle—from ideation, scripting, and shooting to editing, publishing, and performance tracking.
• •Understanding of social media algorithms, viral formats, memes, and short-form video strategies (Reels/Shorts) to keep brand presence fresh and differentiated.
