🎯 Deine Mission

Du sorgst dafür, dass KBK online sichtbar wird und unsere Marke authentisch nach außen trägt.

Dabei erwarten dich unter anderem:

Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Content für LinkedIn, Instagram und Facebook und weitere Plattformen

Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption und Durchführung kreativer Social-Media-Kampagnen

Verfassen von zielgruppengerechten Texten mit Persönlichkeit und Mehrwert

Entwicklung neuer Content-Ideen, Formate und Kommunikationskonzepte

Gestaltung von Grafiken, Layouts sowie Bild- und Videobearbeitung mit der Adobe Creative Cloud

Unterstützung bei alltäglichen Marketingprojekten

💡 Das bringst du mit

Leidenschaft für Social Media, Content und kreative Kommunikation

Erfahrung in der Planung und Erstellung von Social-Media-Inhalten

Gespür für Storytelling, Trends und zielgruppengerechte Inhalte

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Freude am kreativen Schreiben

Erfahrung im Community Management und Spaß am Austausch mit Menschen

Kreativität bei der Entwicklung neuer Formate und Themen

Grundkenntnisse in Kampagnenplanung sowie Auswertung und Reporting von Social-Media Kennzahlen

Sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign und Illustrator, FireFly)

Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist
