Du begleitest unseren Unternehmensalltag, hältst spannende Kundenstories, Produkte und Teammomente fest und verwandelst diese in modernen Content für Instagram, TikTok, Facebook und YouTube. Mit deinem Gespür für Trends, Storytelling und digitale Kommunikation stärkst du unsere Reichweite und entwickelst unsere Social-Media-Kanäle aktiv weiter.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Du filmst den Arbeitsalltag, unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, Kundenstories sowie Produkte und Hilfsmittel
  • Du erstellst kreative Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts und weitere Social-Media-Formate
  • Du schneidest und bearbeitest Videos professionell und zielgruppengerecht
  • Du lieferst fertigen Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle
  • Du lädst Inhalte eigenständig auf den verschiedenen Plattformen hoch
  • Du kennst aktuelle Social-Media-Trends und setzt neue Formate kreativ um
  • Du planst Inhalte und entwickelst Ideen für neue Beiträge und Kampagnen
  • Du verwaltest und pflegst unsere Social-Media-Kanäle
  • Du beantwortest Kommentare und förderst den Austausch mit unserer Community

## Dein Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Mediengestaltung, Marketing, Kommunikation, Social Media
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Content Creation oder Videoproduktion
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Smartphone, Kamera und Videobearbeitungsprogrammen
  • Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für Trends, Storytelling und digitale Kommunikation
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Begeisterung für Social Media und digitale Inhalte
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
