Das erwartet Dich:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Social-Media-Strategien und Content-Ideen für die Unternehmen der Heinrich Rönner Gruppe
  • Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Posts, Reels, Stories sowie Foto- und Videocontent für Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok & Co.
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Foto- und Videoproduktionen an unseren Standorten in Bremerhaven und Bremen
  • Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle inklusive Community Management und Redaktionsplanung
  • Trends im Blick behalten, neue Formate entwickeln und unsere Inhalte anhand relevanter Kennzahlen kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln Unterstützung bei Kampagnen und Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten

Idealerweise bringst Du mit:

  • Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Social-Media-Management und in der Content-Erstellung
  • Kreativität und ein sicheres Gespür für Sprache, Bildsprache, Trends und Zielgruppen
  • Erfahrung mit Foto und Video sowie in der Bild- und Videobearbeitung
  • Kenntnisse in Canva und Meta Business Suite , Adobe Creative Cloud von Vorteil
  • Eine zielstrebige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
