  • Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören:
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle, insbesondere LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram und Facebook, sowie Sicherstellung eines professionellen, einheitlichen Markenauftritts
  • Entwicklung kreativer Inhalte und eigenständige Produktion von Fotos, Videos, Reels, Stories und weiteren Social-Media-Formaten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Redaktionsplänen, Koordinierung von Veröffentlichungen sowie vorausschauender Blick auf relevante Themen und Termine
  • Aufbereitung technischer Produkte, spannender Projekte und Einblicke in unsere Unternehmensgruppe als verständliche und zielgruppengerechte Geschichten
  • Entwicklung kreativer Ideen für Social-Media-Kampagnen und deren gemeinsame Umsetzung mit unserem Marketingteam
  • Betreuung unserer digitalen Communities, Reaktion auf Interaktionen und Förderung des Austauschs mit unseren Zielgruppen
  • Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen, Erkennen von Optimierungspotenzialen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Aktivitäten
  • Gelegentliche Begleitung von Baustellen, Veranstaltungen oder Projekten zur Produktion von authentischem Content direkt vor Ort
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Mediengestaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Social Media Management und in der Content-Produktion von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Foto- und Videoinhalten, idealerweise mit Tools wie Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva oder CapCut
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kreativität, ein gutes Gespür für visuelle Gestaltung und Freude am Storytelling
  • Ein gutes Verständnis der gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen, ihrer Zielgruppen und aktuellen Trends
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen
  • Interesse an technischen Themen und die Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Inhalte verständlich und ansprechend aufzubereiten
  • Reisebereitschaft
