What you will be doing

Own and execute the overall social media strategy across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube, balancing brand awareness with performance goals.

Set clear KPIs per channel (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, cost per order) and own them.

Make sure every piece of content is built around a defined target segment and a clear objective.

Spot new trends, formats, platforms, and tools early and turn them into growth opportunities.

Build monthly and weekly content calendars together with category, commercial, CRM, and creative teams.

Lead the content plan for key commercial moments such as Ramadan, Black Friday, Anniversary, and other campaign peaks.

Come up with structured creative ideas for weekly in-house videos and recurring content series that grow engagement and community.

Write clear creative briefs for designers, video producers, and agencies.

Plan, launch, and optimize paid boosting campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and supply performance-ready content for TikTok.

Run creative testing (hooks, formats, messages) and scale what works.

Work with the performance marketing team to make sure social content supports the full funnel, from awareness to purchase.

Build and run the influencer strategy, including creator mix (macro, micro, nano), category fit, and audience alignment with our target segments.

Manage key influencer partnerships end to end: sourcing, negotiation, contracts, budgeting, calendar planning, and delivery.

Write detailed influencer briefs covering objectives, key messages, do’s and don’ts, deliverables, and tracking requirements.

Track influencer ROI through tracked links, promo codes, and orders, and decide who to scale, renew, or drop.

Oversee community management and social listening, making sure we respond quickly and in the right tone.

Protect the brand by ensuring all content and creator activity follows brand guidelines and is handled well in sensitive situations.

Monitor and analyze performance for in-house content, paid boosts, and influencer campaigns.

Make sure all activity is properly tracked (UTMs, attribution links, promo codes) so results are clear.

Share regular reports with insights and clear next steps, not just numbers.

What we are looking for

4–6 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or a consumer brand

Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end to end with measurable results

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, plus a solid grasp of paid social optimization

Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like GA4, attribution/tracking platforms, and native platform analytics

A creative eye for short-form video and what works on each platform

Deep understanding of Egyptian audiences, culture, and social trends

Excellent written Arabic (including Egyptian colloquial) and English

Strong project management skills and the ability to handle several campaigns at once

A data-driven mindset with a bias for testing and learning

#LI-Onsite

We Offer :

A unique experience in an entrepreneurial, yet structured environment

A unique opportunity of having strong impact in building the African e-commerce sector
