Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich:

Weiterer Aufbau und Pflege einer starken Social Media Präsenz für die K&S Gruppe

Analyse, Auswertung und Entwicklung neuer Strategien unserer Social Media Aktivitäten

Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen und Trendrecherchen

Contentplanung und -erstellung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Grafik- und Textteam

Ansprechpartner für unsere Standorte in Bezug auf Social Media Themen

Koordination der Social Media Aktivitäten im gesamten Unternehmen

Moderation von Prozessen zur Content-Erstellung an den Standorten-dafür sind gelegentliche Reisen zu den Standorten notwendig

Pflege und Ausbau unserer Community

Ihr Profil:

Berufserfahrung im Online Marketing, insbesondere in den sozialen Netzwerken

Sicherer Umgang mit Instagram, Facebook und YouTube-idealerweise auch LinkedIn, Xing, TikTok und WhatsApp

Erfahrung mit Tools zur Erstellung von Content (Grafik / Video)

Kreativität und Trendbewusstsein sowie Innovation

Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Begeisterung für Social Media

Affinität zu Pflegethemen ist von Vorteil

Ein Studienabschluss im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist wünschenswert

Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Besuche der Standorte
