• We are seeking an experienced, purpose-driven Graphic Designer, Social Media, Sales & Community Manager to join our team full-time and help elevate our brand across e-commerce, digital marketing, and retail packaging across US markets, and anchor our expansion into the Nigerian/African market.

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, highly detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in direct-response design, e-commerce graphics, and consumer packaged goods (CPG). In this role, you will own the visual identity of Herbal Goodness across our Shopify site, Amazon storefronts, paid ad creative (Meta/Google), and retail packaging (such as GNC banners and product labels).

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising Creative: Design high-converting Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google display ad creatives, including static banners, video thumbnails, flat-lay composites, and callout graphics.

Packaging & Retail Collateral: Develop and update compliant product labels, box packaging, print inserts, and retail marketing assets (e.g., GNC display banners, sales sheets).

E-Commerce & Amazon Visuals: Create engaging Amazon A+ content, main product gallery images, banner ads, and Shopify landing page graphics.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the Herbal Goodness brand identity, ensuring visual harmony, clean typography, and premium aesthetics across all consumer touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our marketing, PPC media buying, and executive leadership teams to rapidly iterate on ad performance data and launch new product campaigns.

Social Media Management: Oversee and execute the daily strategy across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, crafting engaging organic posts, short-form video content, and stories that grow brand awareness and engagement.

Content Planning & Strategy: Lead the master content calendar and creative direction tailored specifically to both our US and Nigerian target markets, balancing cultural relevance, brand messaging, and product promotion.

Influencer & Creator Programs: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with micro- and macro-influencers on TikTok and Instagram to drive UGC (user-generated content), brand advocacy, and affiliate sales.

Community & Facebook Group Management: Actively engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and build/moderate vibrant Facebook Groups around wellness, organic living, and women's empowerment.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Leverage social channels as direct sales drivers by introducing TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, strategic giveaways, and conversion-focused community campaigns to measurably grow revenue.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key growth metrics—including engagement rates, follower acquisition, influencer ROI, and social-driven sales—to continuously refine and optimize content strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of serious AI use, professional graphic design and social media management experience (agency or in-house CPG/supplement brand preferred).

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AI tools for graphics and video production, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with basic video editing/motion design (Premiere/After Effects) is a strong plus.

E-Commerce Focus: Proven experience designing high-converting assets for Meta ads, Amazon storefronts, and direct-to-consumer websites.

CPG Packaging: Familiarity with print-ready file preparation, typography, color management, and dietary supplement label requirements.

Portfolio Required: An active online portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, photo manipulation, and commercial product marketing visuals.
