Ihre Herausforderungen

  • Fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützung von Entwicklungsteams bei der Festlegung der SW Architektur und Technologieentscheidungen
  • Erstellung einer firmeninternen Roadmap von Softwareplattformen, Software Entwicklungsumgebungen und -tools (insbesondere die Nutzung von KI-Tools) sowie einer ganzheitlichen Teststrategie
  • Definition von Anforderungen (Requirement Engineering) im Cyber Security Kontext an zukünftige Produkte in Abhängigkeit vom jeweiligen Einsatzgebiet (u.a. zivile Luftfahrt, militärische Systeme)
  • Mitgestaltung des Produkt - Entstehungsprozesses zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards, Gesetzen und regulatorische Anforderungen (z.B. Cyber Resilience Act – CRA, AQAP, DO-178)
  • Schnittstellenfunktion - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt-, Produkt- und Qualitätsmanagement sowie mit der IT-Fachabteilung

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik, oder einen vergleichbaren Studienabschluss
  • Sie verfügen über eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Software Architekt bzw. Software Entwickler
  • Sie haben Kenntnisse in der agilen Softwareentwicklung und bringen erste Erfahrungen mit der Nutzung von KI in der Software Entwicklung mit
  • Sie sind vertraut mit den gängigsten Sicherheitsrichtlinien (z.B. ISO 27001, IEC62443)
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. Niveau C1) in Wort und Schrift aus
  • Sie sind leistungsbereit, zuverlässig und durchsetzungsstark und zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie durch analytisches Denkvermögen aus.
