## Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest im .NET‑Umfeld produktiv mit etablierten KI‑gestützten und agentischen Entwicklungsansätzen (GitHub Copilot CLI, Claude) und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du verantwortest die Architektur und technische Weiterentwicklung zentraler .NET‑basierter Systeme mit hoher fachlicher und regulatorischer Komplexität.
  • Als Lead‑Developer im Scrum‑Team entwickelst du aktiv mit und hebst die Teamleistung durch Mentoring, Pair‑Programming und Reviews.
  • Du sicherst hohe Softwarequalität durch automatisierte Tests, Clean‑Code‑Prinzipien und kontinuierliche Verbesserung.

## Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung mit KI‑gestützter und agentischer Entwicklung sowie deren praxisnahem Einsatz
  • Azure‑Know‑how – von klassischer Azure‑Anwendungsentwicklung bis hin zu modernen KI‑Szenarien (Azure AI Foundry, RAG und Azure AI Search)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in C#/.NET und Erfahrung über alle Layer (Data, Services, UI)
  • Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch (Clean Code, Tests, DDD) und vertrittst diesen im Team
  • Gute Kenntnisse in OO‑Analyse/Design und Design Patterns
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
