## Deine Mission

Du bringst Ordnung ins Chaos und Software dorthin, wo sie wirklich gebraucht wird. Von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live:

  • Du analysierst reale Transportprozesse und machst daraus funktionierende Systemlösungen
  • Du konfigurierst und implementierst unser modernes TMS WinSped®
  • Du bringst Menschen und Software zusammen indem du die User in unserer Softwarelösung schulst und unterstützt
  • Du begleitest Projekte von Kick-off bis Go-Live
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass aus „das haben wir schon immer so gemacht“ ein „so funktioniert’s“ wird
  • Du bist kein Einzelspieler, Wir arbeiten im (Projekt)-Team und unterstützen uns

## Das macht dich als Person aus

  • Background in der Transportlogistik, z. B. als Disponent/-in, Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ Studium mit Bezug zu Logistik, Wirtschaft oder IT
  • Interesse daran, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und digital besser zu machen
  • Du musst kein Entwickler sein, aber Softwarelösungen sollten dich reizen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch (C2) und sehr gutes Englisch
  • Bereitschaft, Projekte vor Ort zu begleiten (2-3 Tage pro Woche inkl. sleepover)

Erfahrung mit TMS, Einführung von ERP-Systemen oder Prozessoptimierungen
