Clear understanding of computer science fundamentals like stacks, queues, arrays, graphs etc.

For technical skills,

Understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) framework concepts (candidate will be working on CakePHP)
Knowledge of common web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery
Experience working with web services, APIs, and integration
Knowledge of automated testing and tools like PHPUnit
Ability to optimize performance of CakePHP apps
Containerization with Docker
Message brokers like RabbitMQ

For interpersonal skills,

Have good verbal and written communication skills to get into client interactions.
