Are you a curious developer looking to grow your career? We are looking for a Software Developer to join one of our teams at our R&D site in Linköping. You will help us build and operate video management software for cloud and on-prem solutions, working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do here

As a developer, you will build and refine our products while growing your skills across the stack. You will use modern development methods and AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities include:

• •Design and implement features across the full stack
• •Write well-structured, testable, and maintainable code
• •Collaborate with stakeholders and other development teams
• •Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
• •Drive improvements in our development practices
• •Participate in everyday teamwork and agile ceremonies
• •Explore and bring new ideas to the team

Who are you?

You are a motivated developer who is eager to learn. You enjoy working in a team, you are not afraid to ask questions, and you take pride in quality work. You have a solid foundation in software development and a genuine curiosity for the field. You are also enthusiastic about the shift toward agentic development and AI-native workflows.

We'd love to hear that you have:

• •A relevant engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
• •A few years of professional experience in software development
• •Experience with Go (or a strong desire to master it) and a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures (e.g. AWS)
• •Experience with containerization and orchestration, specifically Docker and Kubernetes
• •Integrated agentic development tools like Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor into your daily workflow to multiply your productivity
• •A collaborative mindset and good communication skills

It's a bonus if you also have:

• •Experience with a variety of languages and frameworks (e.g. Rust, TypeScript, Node.js)
• •Experience with frontend development in React
• •A passion for automating the software factory, such as experimenting with LLM-based agents for coding, testing, or deployment
• •Experience with advanced CI/CD patterns
