Just finished Fallout and want to watch more of the same? Looking for a movie that's like SaltBurn? So are millions of our Prime Video customers. The Prime Video Groupings, Re-engagement and Optimizations team suggests videos that are relevant and tailored to customers’ schedules and environments. We help our customers find new content and content they have engaged with, to provide the most relevant titles.

We tailor these recommendations through Personalization models that you can help shape. Along with delivering an AI-First personalization experience, you'll collaborate with a talented team of engineers and scientists to create models to run these predictions and services to provide the results at incredible scale and speed.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • - Build and scale the services that select and rank what customers see across Prime Video's home and browse experiences, at millions of requests per second.
  • - Design retrieval and ranking systems that search the full Prime Video catalogue and personalize results per customer inside a strict latency budget.
  • - Take work from an ambiguous problem statement through design, launch, A/B experiment, and measured customer impact.
  • - Partner directly with applied scientists to move models from offline evaluation into production serving.
  • - Improve the platform teams build on: shared retrieval paths, configuration, and experimentation tooling.
  • - Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.

  • In Prime Video Personalization and Discovery, our mission is to show a customer the right video content, in the right place, at the right time.
