As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be a core member of the Ring Taipei development team. We're seeking a candidate who is passionate about building innovative IoT products and thrives in an open, collaborative environment where flexibility and responsiveness drive success.

The ideal candidate:

  • - Thrives on collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams
  • - Excels in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • - Has shipped products through the complete development lifecycle
  • - Demonstrates technical leadership through proactive communication and ownership

Basic qualifications

  • - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • - Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred qualifications

  • - 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
