### Aufgaben der Stelle

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer KI-Anwendungen zur Optimierung und Automatisierung von Engineering-, Entwicklungs- und Digitalisierungsprozessen
  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Rollout von Softwarelösungen in Python und C# zur Automatisierung von Engineering-, KBE- und Geschäftsprozessen
  • Entwicklung von APIs, Microservices und AI-Services sowie Integration von Generative-AI-Funktionen in bestehende Engineering-, CAD-, CAE-, PLM- und ALM-Systeme
  • Entwicklung und Orchestrierung von AI-Agenten, AI-Workflows und intelligenten Automatisierungslösungen
  • Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Softwarearchitekturen und Best Practices für moderne AI- und Softwarelösungen
  • Evaluierung neuer Technologien in den Bereichen Künstliche Intelligenz (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs) und Machine Learning
  • Überführung erfolgreicher AI-Pilotprojekte in produktive Unternehmensanwendungen
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Einführung und Nutzung neuer AI- und Digitalisierungslösungen
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops sowie aktiver Wissenstransfer zu AI-, Software- und Engineering-Themen

### Profil der Stelle

  • Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung moderner Softwarelösungen mit Python und/oder C#
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in API-Entwicklung, Softwarearchitekturen, Cloud-Technologien sowie DevOps-Methoden
  • Erfahrung mit Generativer KI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-Agenten oder Machine-Learning-Anwendungen
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse von Engineering-Prozessen sowie CAD-, CAE-, PLM- oder KBE-Systemen
  • Analytische Denkweise, hohe Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für innovative Technologien
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
