About Arini

Arini is building the single platform to run all healthcare operations.

Healthcare has spent the last decade consolidating under large enterprises, but operations are still fragmented, manual, and expensive. A large group runs dozens of disconnected systems for scheduling, billing, insurance, accounts payable, and reporting, with people moving data between them by phone, fax, and spreadsheet.

Outpatient healthcare is a $650 billion market, and almost every dollar of it still runs on manual work. Consolidators bought thousands of clinics on the promise that scale would expand margins and lift their EBITDA multiple. Scale alone has not delivered it. Automation is now the only way to hit the numbers they promised investors, and Arini is how they get there.

We partner with some of the largest healthcare enterprises in the country, covering thousands of clinics and billions of dollars in annual revenue. We ship the systems that run their operations end to end, and the best of that work becomes the platform that scales across enterprises.

When operations run themselves, patients feel it: calls answered on the first ring, appointments booked in seconds, insurance sorted before they walk in, and clinicians who spend their day on care instead of paperwork. That is what we are building, for every clinic in the country.

We are backed by Y Combinator (W24) and on track to grow more than tenfold in 2026.

The team

Everyone at Arini ships code, including operators, growth, and customer leads. Our founders, Rami and Abdul, have worked together for over a decade. Rami studied computer science at MIT, Abdul at Harvard.

Everyone carries more than one job, and nobody has time for work that does not matter. If AI can do it, a person should not be doing it. We move extremely fast, take extreme ownership.

The role

You will build the platform that runs operations for the largest healthcare enterprises in the country. Our forward deployed engineers find the problems inside each customer. You build the systems that solve them once and run them everywhere: the integrations into practice management, billing, and payment systems, the agents that do the work, the data layer that makes an operation legible, and the infrastructure that keeps all of it running across thousands of clinics.

You own modules end to end: design, build, deploy, operate.

What you'll do

Design and build the modules that run operations: scheduling, patient communication, insurance, accounts payable, reporting, and more.

Build integrations into enterprise healthcare systems: practice management, billing, payments, and vendors with no APIs.

Build and operate AI agents in production, with the evaluation, guardrails, and observability that let them take on work that matters.

Design the data models and pipelines that let an operation spanning thousands of locations be queried, monitored, and acted on.

Own reliability. You are on call for what you build, you find the root cause when it breaks.

First 90 days

Day 30: work alongside the engineer who owns a product line, and ship into it.

Day 60: write the plan for how you will own and build out a vertical of your own (e.g., insurance verification, outbound campaigns, etc.).

Day 90: own a product line end to end.

Who you are

A strong generalist. You move between backend services, data, and the interfaces operators use. We work mostly in Python and TypeScript, on AWS and Cloudflare.

You have shipped and operated systems in production, and you have opinions about what went wrong and why.

You build with AI every day and expect the same from the people around you. If a model can do it, you do not do it by hand.

Benefits

Competitive salary with meaningful equity

Health, dental, and vision insurance

Lunch and dinner in the office

Unlimited PTO
