Your Impact

• •Assist in the definition of the Agentic Developer Experience in Cisco Collaboration.
• •Help define security posture for Collaboration.
• •Engage with engineering teams to understand developer needs and improve workflows and user experience.
• •Contribute to internal developer platforms and tooling.
• •Participate to CI/CD pipelines using the GitHub ecosystem (e.g., Agentic Workflows).

Minimum Qualifications

• •3+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
• •Familiarity with modern development practices, including version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• •Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar).
• •Familiarity with continuous deployment concepts and tools such as GitHub Actions, Harness, Argo CD, or Kubernetes, with experience supporting releases, reviewing deployment results, and troubleshooting issues.
• •Familiarity with cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development concepts.
• •Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• •Experience with developer experience (DevEx) initiatives or platform engineering concepts.
