What You'll Do

• •Drive enablement of MCP Tools and AI Agents, focusing on the development and management of applications using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• •Develop advanced AI Agents with comprehensive security and semantic protocols.
• •Deliver secure, scalable, high performing, AI Native solutions across complex enterprise ecosystems
• •Implement sophisticated agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain) to enable robust business capabilities
• •Develop scalable, AI driven Test Automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or UiPath
• •Solve complex production issues for root cause analysis and implement fixes
• •Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• •Education: A bachelor's or master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• •Programming: Skilled in Java, Python or other mainstream programming languages, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and framework for building scalable and Distributed systems.
• •Architecture: Microservices, RESTful services, API management, Apache Kafka.
• •Databases: Experience with relational, in-memory and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Snowflake)
• •AI/ML: Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, LLM integration, IDE/plugins (Cursor, GitHub Copilot or Claude Code)
• •Good understanding of Agile and DevOps practices and toolsets
• •Ability to manage ambiguity, coupled with strong analytical thinking and an innovative approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Familiarity with cloud services such as Oracle Cloud, GCP, AWS or Azure.
• •Experience in Test Automation using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or UiPath.
• •Certification in Java, DB, Cloud, AWS and AI/ML
• •Supply Chain domain experience is a plus.
