Where You’ll Work

This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

• What You'll Bring
• Must-Haves:

• •3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and delivering production software.
• •Experience building full-stack applications, APIs, and web-based solutions using modern frameworks and technologies such as C#/.NET, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• •An AI-first mindset with familiarity using GenAI tools.
• •Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and collaborative development practices including Git and code reviews.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Haves:

• •Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure automation, or deployment processes.
• •Experience integrating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products, workflows, or customer-facing solutions.
• •Familiarity with modern architecture patterns, including REST APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud-native applications.
• •Experience supporting high-availability SaaS platforms, application security initiatives, observability tools, or working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants
• The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
