Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to design and develop an internal web-based business application similar in architecture and complexity to our existing tools

The developer will be responsible for translating business requirements into a maintainable and user-friendly application, including frontend development, integration with backend APIs, data handling, testing, and deployment support.

Scope of Work

The application is expected to include functionality such as:

Interactive web-based user interface for business users

Multiple functional views/modules based on business processes

Display of structured business data in dynamic tables/matrices

Filtering and selection of data based on multiple criteria

Viewing and comparing different versions/scenarios of data

Editing selected data directly through the application

Forms/dialogs for creating and updating records

User access and role-based functionality

Administrative functionality

Integration with backend APIs and enterprise data sources

Validation, error handling, loading states, and appropriate user feedback

Responsive and maintainable UI components

The developer will work closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements and progressively deliver the application.

Expected Technical Profile

Frontend

At least 5 years of experience with React development

Strong TypeScript / JavaScript skills

Experience building reusable React components

Experience with complex tables, forms, filters, dialogs, and data-driven interfaces

Experience consuming REST APIs

Experience with modern React state and server-state management

Knowledge of UI component libraries such as Material UI (MUI)

Backend / Integration

The candidate should also have experience with:

Designing and consuming REST APIs

Backend application development ( .Net)

Database integration and data modelling (SQL Knowledge)

Authentication and authorization (SSO)

Integration with enterprise data sources

Error handling, logging, and application security

Other

  • Experience with Python and AI integration (working with agents, LLM) is a plus.
  • Experience with the organization's standard backend/cloud technology stack would be preferred.

Development Responsibilities

The developer will be expected to:

Understand and challenge/refine business and functional requirements.

Propose an appropriate technical design.

Develop reusable frontend components and application screens.

Develop or integrate the required backend APIs.

Implement data retrieval and update workflows.

Implement appropriate user access controls.

Write clean, documented, maintainable, and testable code.

Perform unit/integration testing and support business/UAT testing.

Resolve defects identified during testing.

Support deployment and transition of the application into production.

Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Desired Developer Profile

We are looking for a mid-to-senior Full-Stack Developer, ideally with experience developing internal enterprise applications involving significant business logic and data manipulation.

The developer should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders where requirements may initially be high-level and need to be translated into detailed technical requirements.

Experience with planning, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or other data-intensive enterprise applications would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
