WHAT YOU’LL DO

Modernize the profit-and-loss reporting platform that helps finance, management, and investment teams understand firm performance with greater accuracy and speed

Design scalable data pipelines and reconciliation workflows that improve the reliability, transparency, and timeliness of critical finance data

Build analytical applications and reporting capabilities that turn complex valuation and performance data into clear, actionable insights

Develop validation and adjustment tools that strengthen controls, reduce manual effort, and support accurate reporting across business processes

Partner with controllers, valuation specialists, and Technology colleagues to translate business needs into robust, maintainable software

Own features through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support in a collaborative engineering environment

Analyze data flows and calculation logic to anticipate reporting needs, identify gaps, and improve end-to-end process quality

Create intuitive visualizations and user interfaces that help stakeholders investigate trends, exceptions, and performance drivers

Improve platform resilience through sound engineering practices, production support, monitoring, and continuous refinement

WHAT’S REQUIRED

7+ years of programming experience with training in computer science or a related technical field

Strong data engineering, analytics, ETL, and reconciliation skills using T-SQL, Python, and Airflow

Strong software development skills using Python or C#

Experience designing, developing, supporting, and coordinating users for end-to-end systems

Strong data visualization and front-end development skills using JavaScript and React

Ability to build systems and workflows with high standards for numerical accuracy, data quality, and operational reliability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to solving problems
