Job Description Summary

The Software Engineer & Feature Readiness Coordinator is a hybrid position with an expected allocation of approximately 50% software development and 50% feature readiness facilitation. The position develops, debugs, tests, integrates, and maintains product software while also enabling feature owners to complete and commit applicable readiness-for-verification (RFV) checklist items with clear ownership, evidence, and timing. The readiness responsibility does not replace the feature owner or functional subject-matter experts; it establishes execution discipline across Software, Hardware, Systems, V&V, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Documentation, DevOps, and Program teams. The allocation may be adjusted temporarily based on program milestones, integration needs, and verification-readiness risk while maintaining meaningful contribution to both responsibilities. tex

Partner with Systems, V&V, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Documentation, DevOps, Program teams to coordinate required deliverables and evidence.
