Role Overview
Do you love diagnosing software issues for your customers? Do you pride yourself on providing world class customer support? Are you a progressive software engineer, an advocate of agile development practices, and a proponent of continuous improvement? If this is you, then join an energetic team of engineers supporting and maintaining software solutions at PDI!
You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our market-leading software products as we strive for continuous improvement. You will be working as a key part of an agile team to identify software issues and optimize the performance of PDI's enterprise software solutions while working closely with product managers, product owners, engineering leaders, your team and other stakeholders.
With the variety of environments, platforms, technologies & languages, you must be comfortable working within databases, C# code, web services and hybrid cloud environments.
