At Athene, innovation and a bias for action are part of how we operate. Our scale and strategic relationship with Apollo create opportunities to solve meaningful technology challenges while working in a culture grounded in our BEAM values: Believe in your co-workers, Engage actively, Act like owners, and Make it happen.

Establish and promote modern software engineering practices across AI-assisted development, cloud-native engineering, DevOps, testing, and the software development lifecycle.

Partner with engineering teams through hands-on consulting, code reviews, workshops, and training to solve technical challenges and drive adoption of shared tools and practices.
