Responsibilities:

• •Contribute to core modules and critical components
• •Lead complex technical problem solving and root cause analysis
• •Support team members in resolving technical blockers
• •Timely tracking of progress and manage technical risks and dependencies
• •Coordinate with Clients/client-facing teams for issue resolution
• •Address security vulnerabilities and audit findings
• •Able to drive technical debt reduction and modernization
• •Balance technical excellence with business priorities
• •Able to mentor other team members as needed.

Required Skills:

• •10+ years of experience in developing and managing complex software product
• •Excellent working knowledge of C, C++, Win32 programming, MFC libraries .
• •Excellent understanding of windows internals such as process management, memory management and file system
• •Must have working experience of multi treading & Inter Process Communication
• •Comfortable and experienced in using Third party libraries and STL .
• •Proficient in debugging and experience in using Windbg and/or any other debugging tools
• •Good database skills and have experience of working with MS SQL/Oracle databases .
• •Familiarity with . Net technologies
• •Knowledge of AI tools such as Cursor .
• •Experience in working in Agile environment.
