Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Test Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python and/or Java , hands-on experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks, and a strong mindset toward quality and ownership.

Experience in dashboard development and data visualization will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Python and/or Java.
Develop and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software defects and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
Contribute to improving test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall product quality.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned testing and automation activities.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Analyze test results and provide clear reports and actionable insights.
Continuously explore and implement better tools, techniques, and practices for test automation.
Quickly adapt to new technologies, products, and business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java .
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Good understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC .
Experience with API testing, functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing .
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies .
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable automation code.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
