## Was dich erwartet

  • Code-Analyse und Modernisierung – Du analysierst bestehende Softwaresysteme auf Code-Ebene und entwickelst Modernisierungsstrategien mit messbaren Ergebnissen.
  • Entwicklung – Du entwirfst und setzt Lösungen um in Java, Python, C\#, TypeScript oder anderen Sprachen – je nach Projektkontext.
  • Health Checks – Du führst technische Bewertungen durch und identifizierst Quick-Wins und langfristige Optimierungspotenziale.
  • Kundenkontakt – Du arbeitest direkt mit Entwicklungsteams und technischen Entscheidungsträgern beim Kunden.
  • Wissenstransfer – Du dokumentierst Ergebnisse und befähigst Kundenteams, Modernisierungsansätze selbstständig weiterzuführen.

## Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder einem verwandten Fach
  • Solide Programmierkenntnisse in mindestens einer gängigen Sprache (Java, Python, C\#, TypeScript)
  • Interesse an Code-Qualität, Software-Architektur und Legacy-Systemen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Systeme systematisch zu durchdringen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit Enterprise-Umgebungen ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – wir bringen dir bei, was du brauchst
